Urgent Care Services

Urgent Care Visits are only $40. For chronic conditions such as high blood pressure or medication refills that is a new issue and is another $40 for this visit. 

Examples include Visiting for high blood pressure + sinus infection or visiting for anxiety + urinary tract infection.

 You may only have one acute visit or primary care visit per $40. 

Testing prices vary between $10 - $15

Kids school/sports physicals are $40

Blood work prices:

CBC, CMP, HGBA1C, TSH: $25

LIPID PANEL: $35

THYROID PANEL: $70

We also accept care credit, but it will add 10% to your visit. 

If you have insurance and would like a primary care visit it is $60.

WITHOUT INSURANCE:

Hypertension (High blood pressure): $100. Includes CMP/LIPID PANEL

Diabetes (High blood sugars): $125. Includes CMP/LIPID PANEL/HGBA1C

Thyroid disorder: $110. Includes THYROID PANEL

Referrals to specialist are $100.

Surgery Clearance and physical are $140.

Parking permits are $125.

Referrals for blood work with insurance are $60.

We do not do FMLA or short term leave paperwork.

We do not do ESA paperwork.
