Urgent Care Visits are only $50, please note:
If you would like a primary care visit with your urgent care visit you will have to add an additional $50.
Testing prices vary between $10 - $15
Kids school/sports physicals are $40 only

We also accept care credit, but it will add 10% to your visit.
If you have insurance and would like a primary care visit it is $70.
We send 6 months of medicine per primary care visit.
WITHOUT INSURANCE:
Hypertension (High blood pressure): $125. Includes CMP/LIPID PANEL
Diabetes (High blood sugars): $160. Includes CMP/LIPID PANEL/HGBA1C
Thyroid disorder: $120. Includes THYROID PANEL
Referrals to specialist are $120.
Surgery Clearance and physical are $140.
Parking permits are $125.
Referrals for blood work with insurance are $70.
We do not do FMLA or short-term leave paperwork.
We do not do ESA paperwork.
